Return & Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges, or returns are approved without prior authorization by Savage Enterprises.
Any open product cannot be returned. Only damaged products are eligible for refunds.
If the carrier service has lost your package, or your package was tampered with before you received it, please contact the carrier service directly.
There are absolutely no exchanges for any reason.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order fully before checking out on the site. Once an order has been placed, the order will be processed and shipped.
Age Verification & Auto-Canceled Orders
Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Savage Enterprises, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
Receiving the Wrong Product
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Any domestic order in the U.S. placed will have a Flat Rate for its shipping cost.
International Shipping is determined on an order by order basis. Shipping cost will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
During checkout, we will ask for your shipping address details including country.
If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, we unfortunately cannot ship to your country at this time.
Coupon Codes & Sales
Only one coupon code is applicable per order. If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order!
If you have missed a sale, we unfortunately cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed. Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!
Recurring Billing For Subscription Boxes
Once you sign up for your subscription box, you will be billed on the same day every month. If you wish to cancel your recurring billing, please contact us or cancel your subscription within the Cratejoy portal. Your order will be processed within 48-72 business hours.
During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship?
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days not including weekends or holidays, and depending on volume. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
When will I receive my order after it ships?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS’ shipping time is on average 2-5 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.
When will I receive my refund?
Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given. After approval for a return, please allow 2-5 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.
